You can change your basic site information from General setting, such as the Site Title and Tag Line, the WordPress Address and Site Address, the administrator's email address and the date and time format, among other things, which look like this.
To use General Setting Go to Settings > General
Explanation of WordPress General setting:
Site title: The name of your site (or blog) here will show at the top of every page.
Tagline: It's for your website little information that what it is about for, So explain it in few words.
WordPress Address (URL): In this block, you can Enter the URL of the directory containing your WordPress core files.
Site Address (URL): Enter the URL of your WordPress site.
E-mail Address: Enter the email to messages regarding the administration which is sent by WordPress.
